Kate Roger's Breakfast Muffins

1 can of buttermilk biscuits
1 8-oz block of cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp milk
2 handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 jar real bacon bits
Shape the biscuits into muffin tin like
a pie shell, leaving a hollowed out spot in the middle
for the filling. Mix all other ingredients except
the bacon. Spoon bacon in bottom of biscuit
"bowl." Spoon egg mixture on top of bacon.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 20
Delicious for brunch!
